Short-Cycle Board Laminating Production Line to Laminate the Board having size 9 Ft/ 6 Ft and thickness from 8 mm to 32 mm
The System comprising of following elements.
(1) One Board stack storing motorised roller table :
To store extra board stack.
(2) One Hydraulically Operated Scissor lift with motorised roller top slide:
To store the board stack for lamination operation.
(3) One Board Feeder:
To feed board one by one to the board cleaning machine.
(4) One Board cleaning machine: To clean the boards.
(4A) One Dust sucker and collector: To Suck and collect the dust and waste particles scrubbed from the board surface.
(4B) One Board storing motorised roller table : To store clean raw the boards
(5) One Board centering mechanism :
To Position the board in required geometry for proper feeding.
(6) One Board dropping mechanism:
To drop the board on tray conveyor above the manually laid paper.
(7) One Double shelves paper storing racks:
To store the papers of two varieties and for manual dropping on the tray conveyor conveniently.
(8) one tray conveyor:
Tray conveyor to feed the board in the press above the heating platen.
(8A) One Board vacuum lifter :
To Lift and shift the board from press to board storing table.
(9)One short cycle hydraulic press of the following specification:
Capacity:1400 tones.
Type: Down stroke, double action.
Body: Window type fabricated structure.
Stroke:300 mm.
Daylight:Single.
Daylight Gap: 300mm.
Ram:9 nos. Hard chrome plated.
Dry Cycle Time : Total time for closing and opening 10 second.
Pressure Dwell:Adjustable from 30 to 120 seconds.
Platen: Two, suitable for 9’X6’ size board and 8’ X 4` with provision for steam heating or thermic fluid heating.
Power Pack: Complete with elect. Motor, hyd. Pumps, hyd. Controls,
pressure indicator, temp. Indicator, oil reservoir and pipe connection but without hyd. Oil.
(10) One Board storing motorised roller table : To store the laminated board
(11) One Board storing motorised roller table : To rest the laminated board for inspection.
(12) One Overhead vacuum hoist: To Lift and tilt the board for inspection and to drop the board on your table as per your selection. (i.e. ok or reject)
(13) One P.L.C control panel to run the plant automatically as per set working logic.
(14) One H.M.I unit with L.C.D Touch screen indicator.
